ABOUT AJ

Great Schools.

Mountain Values.

Welcome friends and neighbors and thanks for checking out my campaign website!

I am running for the Madison County School Board because I love helping young people develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue their dreams meet future challenges. Madison County Public Schools (MCPS) aims toward this same goal but continues to lose funding support that threatens our children’s and county’s futures.

As a former public school administrator and teacher, I bring the seasoned perspective needed to address the complex challenges faced by our county’s public schools. As a School Board member, I will collaborate with all stakeholders—parents, teachers, administrators, students, and local employers—to ensure that all needs are considered in financial and programmatic decisions affecting our children.

We all love this community and want to ensure our young people's and county’s futures by sustaining our excellent public schools. If you believe that MCPS needs board members with decades of on-the-ground practical experience in public education, vote for me on November 3rd.
